Bump. Also to clarify, I already have the ring, not the head. So to get the ring we do the Spirit Wracked Cords quest where I turn in the ring, then you turn in the sinew and urn. You can MQ either of those pieces but you must have one of them to turn in last. After you do the last turnin, you will end up with the ring and the SWC. You can then do what you want with the ring, either keep it to wear, mq to another of your characters, or resell the mq.
