P99 team has done a great job restoring the original EQ.
They have done a piss poor job maintaining the servers and the community.
It is the biggest reason for population decline.
Basically they built this great thing and then left it to rot.

We had a big number drop with Quarm.
If a Green reset happened, you would see all the other servers dip in players too.

It's the nature of content like this, and the player base.

People said the same thing about ever seeing Velious. About ever actually seeing a from scratch progression server like Green. I think it will eventually happen, but could be years from now whenever the server owners feel like doing it

When was the last time the devs actually spoke of a sever merge? If it's actually been years I'm just going to afk again and save myself the annoyance of waiting around cause it's probably never happening.

Im hoping we see something sometime late summer. Aint happening anytime before end of July, to allow the new TLPs to get their traction. As im sure theyre still under an agreement to not release anything that would directly compete with EQLive

Far to many take what was said as gospel.

Either someone has lost all desire or time to deal with a reset.
Or will pop it out without warning, so all the neckbeards wont able to put in vacation time before it happens.
