Sol A lag still

i had a problem with spell/chat lag in sol a a few months back, had used the fix here , and got by without a problem. Was there the last week camping for boots and cape without a problem, yet today i logged in there and i could barely log in there without crashing. The lag problem was back 200% even setting the max framerate as low as 30. Soon as i zone out, however, i have no issues whatsoever.

Is there anything else i can do to fix this?
