Project Lightning is a raid guild formed by a core of veteran players, we leverage our innovation, ethical behavior, competency, and dedication—allowing for lower man kills, closer set organization and a superior loot per person ratio than competing guilds all while helping to foster a positive guild and server environment.

We are looking for committed and competent players. We are mainly focused on player development, but we can quickly use our resources and expertise to get your characters up to speed. Epic/Vindi loot kit/full HoT suit quickly to advance your character and get you raid ready.

A large segment of the guild’s players has at least one fully BIS geared character which allows for newer players to come and scoop up loot relatively easily. You will not encounter loot goblins or pyramid schemes by officers looking to take advantage of new members to gain treasure for themselves.

For more established players we offer a DKP transfer which will let you step in and feel like you are a core member of the team from day 1.

We have killed competitive King Tormax with 29, competitive Zlandi kill with 19, competitive LTK with 25, competitive Vindi with 14, Doze, Zlex, Fesh, all of VP, and many more mobs with a bare minimum force. We are looking for some extra players which will allow us to expand our coverage of spawn windows and also pursue additional targets.

Again, for newer players we can help get you up to speed, leveled and geared up, as long as you are active.

Requirements:
- Positive and friendly attitude.
- Desire to be part of the Project Lightning team.
- Desire to win competitive raid targets.
- Being able to listen in Discord, you do not need to speak (although it is preferred), but you do need to listen to raid comms and directions.
