Default Ashenbone Shield?

Pretty new to P99 and dont have plat to gear my SK (yet). I was reading some newbie gear guides and the Ashenbone shield pops up as sometimes rotting in Kilthikor off the General there. Anyone know how often he gets killed? Do people charge for the loot rights for the shield?

It usually rots unless someone wants on an alt or w/e

Just do occasional /who all kithicor until you see some high lvls there and ask if theyre doing general/if the shield is going to rot and theyll most likely let you have it

and dont forget that big races cannot use this shield. so it is dark elf, iksar, human & Erudite only.

It's not hard to get, however it would convience you to be leveling relatively close to Kith. If you are a human or Erudite you can do some low leveling in the halfling area. otherwise id say level in the commonlands. if all of this is past your level range then you may want to just do the advice listed above to do a /who all kith.

Thanks for the info folks. I was able to get the shield. And a huge thanks to FoH for letting me loot it after the general was killed. Greatly appreciated. Classy bunch of folks.
