At 6'4" a man is overweight at 205 lbs and obese at 247? I guess the people who made this have never seen a weight room?
It does seem right for shorter people and maybe even a bit generous for short women. At 5'2" a woman at 134, I would argue, would generally consider herself a few pounds overweight.

BMI is mainly for adults of usual height range, and not for body builders.

Edit: forgot to answer question, 24.7 here. Been stuck at home thanks to lockdowns and bad weather stuck in a deskjob. Excited to be getting more active now daytime has returned. Reduced my hours for wellbeing reasons. Renewed gym membership on Wednesday. Lets see if I bulk up or slim down!

5'10, 190lbs, so 27.3 I guess?
But I think that's pretty good, given that I exercise <30 minutes a day, and take 1-2 rest days a week. And my wife says I look hot [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] P.S. Damnit, now you've made me want to go buy one of those fat-pinching things so I can get a more accurate measurement!

Yeah I was going to say that, but didn't bother. Of course BMI doesn't take into account people with ridiculous amounts of lean muscle mass, but for the vast majority of normal people, it is a good indicator of your overall health / how fat you are.

The guy who plays Thor has a BMI of 25.7 per that chart at his normal weight and 27.5 at his weight for the new Thor movie. I would not say he's normally walking around with a "ridiculous amount" of lean muscle mass. I also think 134 is too much for any woman at 5'2. Scale is stupid. You need calipers or hydrostatic weighing. Oh, 6' 212 lbs = 28.7. I bet it's closer to 25-26, but never had it done.
