Well thank God for the United States of America, let's protect more vulnerable countries in this fashion, let's give more weapons and defenses against weapons to more countries so that they can all protect each other from each other

And then, when they grow large enough to challenge us, let's deliberately pit them against one another rather than engage them ourselves
