The bugs you see on the servers coming out are ones that are already solved on p99 which have to mainly do with content.

The only testing that needs to be done involves things such as resists, melee range, making fear/charm not work in pvp etc. Those things can't be tested enless we get an official baseline for them to work off of. We know that the dmg in pvp is all jacked up on p99 but it's not a pvp server so their priority for that is pretty much nil.

No, you're completely wrong. There are numerous bugs in pvp (such as certain spells not lasting their normal duration, spells not giving a 'spells landed' message, certain level caps being off, etc.). Every time there's a pvp event I notice more of them.
