Circle of Summer/Winter should stack with Resist Cold/Fire

per this patch ~6 months after Luclin,

Quote:

"Circle of" Druid spells should no longer stack with their Resist counterparts.

Circle of Summer was stacking with Resist Cold and Circle of Winter was stacking with Resist Fire prior to this patch. They should stack on p99.
