I agree with a lot more of your post, just wanted to highlight this part. It’s not a wage gap if there are either no available jobs and/or the citizens would rather sit on government programs than work. Have to have a wage to have a wage gap, and the worst of the big cities don’t have a lot of opportunity, partly due to the functional people moving out due to the crime rate. So it creates a spiral
And not a lot of people realize that most of the gun violence rates are mostly confined to high gang activity areas of the big cities, not necessarily all over the big city. But that’s not to say that the other parts are as safe as the suburbs, they’re not

Thats just not true. The wage gap is not present in CEO pay, only worker pay. They get raises every year. The average worker does not. If employee wages kept up with executive wages on any scale, the minimum wage would be around 23 dollars. Just enough to make a real living.
