Threatening to bludgeon the guy prosecuting you with a baseball bat is a crime.

Deleting the evidence of doing so, that too is a crime.

Obstructing the prosecution by means of intimidation, physical force, or interference.

Many bomb threats have been made to the Manhattan da's office and courts. Someone also sent a direct threat "i will kill you" and white powder.

That's why they are afraid of collective action and anything resembling actual collectivism that isn't a state controlled military, and the primary reason I embrace collectivist systems myself.

Companies would not fight so hard against unions if they were not effective. Governments would not fear parallels if they were not effective.
