so, i've been keeping up my loss of 5lbs every month, weighed myself today and i'm at 331, feel good about being 330 by may 1st. also i've quit soda for good finally, due to having a stroke and being in a hospital for a week. diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pressure, on meds for all that. couldn't stop the trainwreck on my own but at least i slowed it down enough to not have any permanent damage, so i'm thankful for that. starting to workout with alternating squats + running in place for leg day and modified jumping jacks + pushups for arms, situps in the morning every day.

I think the soda is a big thing! I've been tryna weed out all the just I get just through drinking. Coffee might never go but soda now at "special occasions" and energy drinks are gone! We're gonna revisit alcohol after kids are all grown lol If you know you can live without it, it's probably not gonna hurt to just break the chain. Hope you're feeling recouped soon! Nickel and dime out them victories!

There is no way to do the eat 10,000 burn 10,000 challenge without overtraining

You are going to put your cortisol through the roof. For me, I figured out that my horrible insomnia was from overtraining certain workouts, specifically when I would do all upper body in a 2 hour workout all super-set (no breaks between sets, just moving to a diff muscle). Eventually my joints would start to ache and my body would be sending strange signals, sort of feeling like I was in a car wreck

I’d get myself stuck in this like flight or fight state, I’d have what I call the heebee geebee’s and not only could I not sleep that night, I couldn’t even lay in the same position for more than 10 minutes without having to shift position

There’s no way I could do this challenge without putting myself in that flight or fight overtrained state. Not worth it…I guess it would depend on how much $$ the vid could make you though

That feeling of your first run in a brand new running shoe and it feels like you’re running on a cloud

(which fades pretty fast as time goes on slamming those soles with 210lbs)

“Hey Siri, why am I so fat?”

Siri’s canned response: “I think you are great just the way you are”

Lol, bad friend alert. Don’t surround yourself with yes men (or yes e-women)

I always keep making the mistake of seeing these random celeb dudes get yoked and thinking “oh wow guess he just really decided to get into lifting as a hobby, good for him”….then find out later it was for an action movie role

The latest one I heard about months ago getting jacked was the nerd from the meet the millers. Apparently it was to play Adam Warlock in guardians of the galaxy 3 though

And they almost never keep it after either. Guess they see it as too much work or don’t want to be typecast

Like many people, I faced the problem of being overweight and decided to do something about it. I began to watch my diet, increased my physical activity, and sought help from specialists. One of the factors that helped me to keep from falling off and stay motivated was the opportunity to get support and advice from other people with the same problem on stripchat.com. Here I found a community of like-minded people ready to support and praise me for my achievements. I think it is a great resource for those who are looking for motivation and support in their fight for health.
