the shit they cobbled together in this case is a class E felony one notch above a misdemeanor iirc, the campaign violation + i honestly don't even know it's the weakest of the 3 cases but they don't actually bring charges unless they can win. the conviction rate is like 90 something percent.

He still has three or four more indictments coming including potentially treasonous charges of trying to overturn election results in Georgia.

well unlike impeachment which was 100% political due to not having the votes in the senate. these are actual criminal charges lol.
