Gambling vs Immersion
Has ruined video games.
It's ruined ever game (well not totally) butt u get the drift. It's that 3rd person gambling simulator. No more immersion or exploration. No more 1st person survival horror cramped claustrophobia careful play... Just go in with a full party (boxed or not!) zoom out and play the HUD and strategy wiki it! no more survival - no more basic arts and crafts -- emergent gameplay is bad and should be squashed ! pixels must be time gated behind "mechanics" it's even leaching into MINECRAFT hope this helps! When the world dies. A new generation of kids will get to gamble IRL with their lives instead of this virtual bullshit that has me kinda jaded butt i'm a criple so this is an ego-centric-vent Seek christ (oh and it's ruined IRL cuz wallstreet and property ownership monopolyquest IRL consolidation etc, butt this is not the politics thread lets keep it game related) | ||

RE4 has been great. For some reason I enjoyed RE2 remake better though. And village is my favorite of the bunch. Unpopular opinion.
