It seems like there are a scant few of us who don't see any problem with this. Why would do recharging in a heavily trafficked area at all? I can think of a few places (but won't give them away) that make MUCH more sense than a WC vendor. . .

I used to recharge my monk’s items on the merchant in the maze in cab west. Then when my monk got bound in PoM I upgraded to the jovial knights in the basement of PoM.
