Mouse right clicking tons while mouse looking

This only happens in P99. I'm not sure how to fix this. Happens with multiple mice. I'm running windows 11, windowed mode.

I use the mouse to look, and while I'm doing this, the mouse right clicks multiple times, usually conning mobs over and over and making the mouse look jittery.

Any advice on where to start with this?

This is caused by the polling rate of your mouse. I had to lower mine all the way down to 125 to get rid of it.
