To give some hope to prospective AMD owners, I recently bought a new laptop for travel, it's a Ryzen 7 7735HS with a GTX 4070 GPU and of course win11 (gack), but I was able to install and play P99 on Green with no issues- didn't go into the BIOS to fiddle with anything.

If your CPU has "efficiency cores" or whatever, and you're running Win11 (eco mode in win10 might work too?), try right-clicking eqgame.exe in task manager and enabling efficiency mode on the process while still at server select, or at least before entering world. This seems to stabilize the game on my i9 since those cores are limited in clock speed.
Edit: Yes, I have to do it every time - I've been looking for a way to set it permanently... Suggestions welcome! -Mcoy | ||

Clocked Down to 3.9 and 3.8 and running in Efficiency mode and still No Change, any P99 server kicks it back to login.
