Upper guk has a few camps you could do - Gatorscale Sleeves from ancient croc (not sure of the level for this camp but I think its 30- ish), froglok scryer should be easy mode at that level for an offhand and some bracelets. You could also head to crystal caverns within a few levels - there's a robe, cape and slippers that drops off the orcs there.
Alternatively, just level naked at the hill giant camps in Warsliks Woods and Frontier Mountains. By the time you hit 35 you should be able to make 1000-2000pp from vendoring forest loops and other drops, which would pay for a full set of basic int gear in tunnel.

20: Southern Karana, a hermit (drops Fine Steel Dagger, Fine Steel Great Staff, etc.) 25: Everfrost Peaks, Wooly Mammoths (tusks sell for 10pp, but are giant-sized) 25: Highpass Keep, First Floor Guards (drops Fine Steel Short Sword, Sword sells for 4+pp)

The ogre in TD next to the boat to Overthere drops a +int face mask, hat, and earring. Think it's close to being doable at 30. Might be closer to 35.
Mistmoore has the advisor robe and nightsade wreath. Crystal Caverns has 2 robes as well. Tower of Frozen Shadow has an earring and a range slot on the first 2 floors. You'll want a group for the 30 range. Scryer in upper guk drops +int wrist. Ancient croc drops sleeves. Also, in lower guk there's the braided cinch cord and the runed cowl, probably looking at more upper 30's for a group for those camps. | ||
