Visions of Grandeur
Is the level 60 enchanter spell, Visions of Grandeur, broken? According to Allah ( which I know might not be accurate ) it's supposed to last 42 minutes but it only lasts 13 mins on p1999. Was just wondering if this is working as intended... seems kind of crappy for a level 60 spell.
As it stands this spell is only really useful for tanks since there is a faster haste available that lasts 2x as long for the same amount of mana | ||

Uthgaard posted on that thread that he decided to create a mix-and-match version of Visions of Grandeur from the Veliuous and Kunark effects. It has the Kunark duration with Velious stats but no rune component.
In other words, working as intended. | ||
