Happy to be back in the game that almost caused me to fail out of college [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.].

Anyway, I started a Erudite and began in Paineel. After at least an hour, wandering around in the city I finally found the elevator out....half our later I figured out how to get the key.

After some killing in the newbie field I hit level two, encountered some friendly folks who buffed me and gifted me their copper, and purchased my first spells. Happy to be playing again.

So, my question is, any tips on starting in this area? Back in the day I started over in Freeport so I'm even less familiar with this area than others.
