Boridain Glacierbane Respawn Timer

Coldain Ring #2 Quest NPC:

Several comments on this NPC state he should be 20-30mins. Boridain Glacierbane in Eastern Wastes appears to have 3-5hrs currently.

i lost him at rygar fort. he doesnt go in beyond the front.

he respawns 20-30 min after he looses so stick around :-)

and a second:

Good news is he seems to have around a 20 minute respawn (although I restarted the quest with Garadain to get the dull axe again, thinking maybe he was partially triggered, so perhaps that did have some effect on his respawning), and if you get the axe from Garadain again, you can hand him the axe, then hand him the rabid kodiak's pelt to get the broken axe and complete the ring quest.

Already had him eat my item before the patch... after the patch still waiting for him to spawn.
