it's so nice to see some of these white collar crimes actually charged. i'll never understand people who defend financial crimes; these rich af people are the absolute worst of the worst.

hoping for some felony convictions here!

Just because people may not like Donald Trump doesn't give us the right to try to squeeze the law and twist it to get an indictment. That's what banana republics do. To try to contort it into a felony is a real stretch. I think this is an enormous reach to try to get at a former president."

He also said if Trump was tried, convicted and even if he was in prison Trump could still run for president and win.

I can't embed the video source so watch it here: https://newjersey.news12.com/nj-civi...ges-will-stick

Felonies? Is this DA for real?

Oh and "New York prosecutors say they want the trial, in this case, to take place in January 2024, right on the eve of the New Hampshire presidential primary."

I mean come on we can all see what's going on here.
3 payments turns into 34 felonies somehow without the conspired crime(s) being charged.

Did Tromp intend to commit campaign finance violation? (federal)

Did Tromp intend to commit tax fraud in New York state? (state)

It's a misdemeanor unless it was done in conspiracy to commit another crime.

Said crime hasn't been charged.

Better call the Trump people up ASAP, they need all the help they can get and you're apparently some kind of legal expert now.

The statute of limitations has long since expired

What's the felony he's trying to cover up by 'falsifying business records'

Tell me what it is or take your Bug Eating Groomer ass back to the sewer where it came from
