Dual Wield question
My 33 bard has two weapons: a Crystalline Short Sword (12/24) and a Sionache's Partisan (9/19). Which should I have in which hand? Here are the arguments as I understand them.
Main hand: Sionache's Partisan - faster, which means second hand triggers more often. Main hand: Crystalline Short Sword - higher base damage consistently Discuss among yourselves.

You get a fixed damage bonus on main hand, so faster weapon should be there.

Crystalline in offhand for sure.

At level 33 the bonus is pretty minimal, so having a slower weapon with a better ratio in your main hand is fine.
These particular weapons are probably about a wash either way.

Ok, now I also have Melodius Trunceon (11/23). I am thinking that in the main hand and the Crystalline Short Sword in the off hand is better than having the Sionache's Partisan in the main hand--better consistent damage. However, it seems like the Sionaache's Partisan work better (if for no other reason than it seems I hit more often). Comments?

Again, Truncheon has only a very slightly better ratio than the Partisan, but the Partisan is faster and applies the damage bonus more often. It's probably a minute difference, but I'd stick with Partisan/CSS.
