Got hit 5 times it proced 3 times . We need this looked into ima see if I can pull up some logs

Oh no, 3 procs in 5 hits, surely its bugged... not a coincidence, surely a bug.

Get some more data Son. You have anyone that has one and can shoot something 100 times and provide that data? His dex, etc.

my experience is that it has procced probably 25% of the time an arrow has been shot at me.
