I don't really see much of a difference between the two pics in quality. One just looks like it needs a lot more work before you can eat it. I also don't get excited about rabbit food though, just use it as a filler in between bites of what I'm actually having for dinner.

The difference is that the fresh express stuff was mass produced from, most likely, here (grow, harvest, inspect, washed, packaged ready to eat, and shipped and is probably at least 7 days old by time it hits the FLA grocery):
