Default transferring items between characters

has there been any functionality implemented to allow a person to transfer items between characters?

been a long time, no friends left to do it for me

dropping bags works for me if its not too much stuff.

otherwise, just find someone decently leveled or ask someone from dial-a-port or something. the other day i transferred 70k worth of items from a mid-level guy in fires of heaven(? i think) who was looking to port/bind/buff for donations. gave her/him 500p for the trouble, but the honesty was worth atleast that much - ive never had any trouble with transfers.

I drop transfer 95% of the time with no issues. do it right and you'll be fine.

Shouldn't encourage people to do drop transfers. I only do them for stuff I don't mind losing.

I just use the 'find-random-high-level-in-raid-guild' tactic. It has a 100% rate of not losing my stuff. Which is a higher percent.

How exactly do you lose items drop transferring unless your internet happens to go out right in the middle? Assuming nobody else picks the items, because one would have to be silly to do drop transfers in a populated zone.

I don't do drop transfers here, but on live I would run into an issue where the item would appear on the ground but ungrabbable.
