Questions about the Green server

These questions may have been addressed already. If you could point them to me I'd be thankful.

1. Are there any restrictions on creating guilds with guild names already found on blue or red?
2. At the end of Green will all items on Green characters merge to Blue?

No one's really confirmed this? Would be nice for staff to honor the existing guild names but is there any precedent for it?

Really kinda wish they would allow guild leaders to create officers serverwide from outside of zones for the first week or so, but I understand that isn't classic and we all have our discords and stuff regardless.
