Default Blue Server: Standard Concessions

Greetings!
It is widely known, CSR Staff, have been and continues advocating better communicative standards. While we have seen some improvement, it appears old habits persist and that forward momentum is halted or regressed.

We endeavor to allow autonomy for our player base, only requesting adherence to our guidelines and expectations. Mistakes should be owned and a sheer modicum of diplomacy, with simple and timely acknowledgements, is not too arduous when involved with conflict. Considering how quickly our raiding guilds can mobilize, in a moment’s notice, using a variety of platforms to engage their target(s), it should be relatively uncomplicated to speak when the need arises.

While our best efforts are intended, it would be unrealistic to assume CSR Staff will always be available to immediately respond during moments of discontent. We rely on you all to engage in civil discourse in order to accurately assess any incident and reach resolution with the assistance of applicable evidence.

That said, it appears the standard concession, kill one and concede 2 (k1c2), does not provide adequate incentive to engage in dialogue that may positively impact any given predicament. Effective immediately, the standard concession will be: kill one and concede 3 (k1c3).

It is hopeful this change will prompt better and more meaningful discussions. We will also consider additional actions should undesirable behavior continue to plague basic and civil rules of engagement.
