And notably, it's not just the source code (a lot of which was already open-sourced already, as part of the EQ Emulator project):

This is a really awesome move, and I hope it encourages more people to start servers. Sadly though, they will almost certainly be multi-boxing servers, as having a single-box server isn't a code issue, it's a staffing one.

20% isn't that huge when you're gonna be grinding AAs for 5 years. Plus that's what the original alkabor server had.
