Default FBSS to Sash of the Dragonborn

With the FBSS being 21% and the sash 24%, is it worth it to upgrade on a 35 rogue? The delta is 3% and I just wonder if that difference is enough to feel without parsing.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

Prolly not, just focus on getting your epic which will give you 40% worn haste.

If you were a solo melee I'd say yes. On a rogue, not as much. Your group's success will not be effected by 3%.
