They just want to get it into a NY court to convict with a biased NY jury. It will go to appeal and ultimately be tossed out. They just want to smear him because they aren't likely to beat him.
Trump needs to run on a 'comeback' platform or he has no chance. It's ironic, libs talking about "danger to our democracy" as they use the legal system to pursue political ends against individual American citizens. They are the very danger they warn about.
