Default How to Turn On Luclin Elementals Back On After Turning Them Off

I turned off the Luclin elemental models in the Options screen by unchecking the "Horses and Elementals" box a long time ago. Recently, I changed my mind and decided I wanted the Luclin elemental models back after all, so I went to the Options screen and checked the box. Then I tried logging in, but the old elemental models still display. I already tried looking at the eqclient.ini file in directory, and it says LuclinElementals=TRUE. The old models are still displaying.

This is strange. Is there any way to get Luclin elemental models back or do I have to reinstall?

Is there an option to set Luclin Horses in your eqclient.ini? If so, make sure that is set to "TRUE" and see if it works.

I'll make sure its set to TRUE when I get home but it probably already is since the elementals one was, either way I will let you know whether that did the trick, thanks Mcbard

Im having a similar thing. i installed on my big box (the one my GF plays on) then I copied the directory to a flash-drive and copied it onto a laptop (the one i play on) On hers you can see the new elementals (dig the new ones btw!) on the laptop , it displays the old model. I have compared the .ini files they are the same.

"UseLuclinElementals=FALSE" set it to TRUE
also you probably have to check if this "AllLuclinPcModelsOff=FALSE" is not TRUE since it would probably overwrite all other options.

Thanks Cyrius, I just checked and I had both of those settings. I think I might just re-install over the weekend at this point.

I just re-installed. For some reason, it didn't fix the problem.
