Mccoy ate/drank mostly summoned stuff - so you might get some timers from his logs. Not sure if it helps starting out empty and knowing how many he had based on "you begin casting abundant drink" or what have you.
Qien should have fuzzlecutter in his logs if you're looking for the "enduring" duration too. -Mcoy

Dug a little deeper, certainly warrants further research. I verified Qien/Mccoy/Gdevash each purchased "Water Flask". I am not sure at this point what triggers a 'low on drink' message. Is it 1 item remaining? 2?

My baking conclusions - Everquest Message Board (archive.org)
This thread from 2000 states food is consumed every 30.5 minutes. I would like an accurate pre-Apr2001 baseline. From my math, food/drink on p99 is currently eaten/drank approximately every 33.75 minutes. Remaining steps: 1. Ensure consumption timer is correct pre-Apr2001 2. Create a modifier that will apply an accurate difference for duration, assuming that no food/drink post-Apr2001 is consumed at a faster rate than pre-Apr2001. (For example, if any post-Apr2001 has a lower duration than pre-Apr2001, that would seem strange, but if there is any evidence for it, please let me know). Additionally, was any food or drink (not alcohol) clickable for force consumption prior to Apr2001?

well, it certainly seemed to be around 28.5 mins in the Qien logs on average. Although, possible the food physically disappeared a message later or something like that, and who knows how zoning affected the timers.
It did appear the Desert drink consumption was bogus, or at the very least patched out with Luclin. I'm not sure what my older logs show, i'll see if I find any pre-April 2001.

Did some more work on this.
If food duration value 1 = 144 seconds, that would mean: item name(value) = (value*144) in seconds ration(15) = 36 minutes worth of -hunger (15*144/60) iron ration(25) = 60 minutes worth of -hunger (25*144/60) birthday cake slice(2) = 4.8 minutes worth of -hunger (2*144/60) Does this seem accurate? Are there a few examples of known definitive food timers to check?

Found some 2003 food timers listed, fairly comprehensive. Just curious that he seems to state the 'consumption period' is a bit randomized? For example a snack may be consumed every 2 minutes or every 10 minutes by his claim.
https://mboards.eqtraders.com/eq/for...rink-durations Quoting here in case link breaks EDIT: I think I misunderstood his initial classification. Consumption period isn't random, each category (such as meal) can have individual meals that have different consumption timers. EDIT #2: Spot checked and Lucy lists the same timers which is the 'right click duration'. So regularly eating these should last twice as long.
