Default Bilge Broken (not the way most people think it is)

After a few days of playing around in DC with my Ranger, I have found that Bilge and the other mobs in his spawn, tend to fall under the world as they path around the cauldron (as Bilge and his PHs path around a LOT, it is more common for them).

This means that only folks with tracking even know they are there (it's more than a nice to have, you can't find them without it) and only casters can "pull" them up from below the bottom of the lake (and even then, not 100%).

They (and other mobs) will also fall beneath the world when running away.

While I doubt this is a bug any of the Devs will be in a rush to fix, I figured I'd bring it up to help those who are looking for the elusive gobo.
