Where are "Light Blue" Cons?

From what I recall cons went like this:

Green (no exp)
Green (very little exp)
Light Blue (some exp)
Dark Blue (decent exp)
White (pretty good exp)
Yellow (great exp)
Red (all the exp)

lol at gif, but yeah that was taken out, the light blue cons are (post? or at the end of?) velious. Idk when they came in on live, but taken out a couple years ago because they were not part of this timelilne iirc.

green with exp is classic

Could swear light blues were Luclin.
