Blue or Green Server?
Is there a difference between the two besides the names?
Rule set, experience rate, ect..?

Blue has a significantly lower population usually around 50% but they still have pet windows. Probably the 2 biggest differences.

Blue and Green are at the same point in the timeline. There are some small differences in raid rules and player agreements for high end quests
Blue is better if you mainly want to solo, easy to find open camps and cheaper economy Green is better if you plan to group along the way. Especially low to mid range levels Also, the UI is the same on both. They both have pet windows, custom UIs and everything else

One thing to note. I feel like a lot of people saying "Green is better if you want to group" are just assuming that because it has higher pop and therefore they think it's a higher likelihood.
You will have higher odds of finding a PUG on Green than on Blue if you go to the very popular leveling zones (although low 30s-40 on both servers can sometimes be pretty dead). But it's not a guarantee as both servers' pop is pretty much comprised of high level players. From 40-60 you can find groups on both pretty easily if you go to COM/Karnors (and a couple other places in the 50s at times). Green slightly more likely to find a group 1-40 in the most popular zones. That's how I would look at it...sometimes the comments about Green grouping make it seem like it's always easy to find a group and it's not.
