NPC Spawn Issue: Default Gorge of King Xorbb - Placeholders inside Wall

Today in Gorge of King Xorbb right outside the Runnyeye entrance I discovered with tracking that a placeholder mob "A Goblin Lookout" was inside a wall. Upon petitioning and killing the mob we discovered it respawned inside the wall again. There were two mobs doing this in this location.

Confirmed that 2 goblins are spawning inside the wall at location +738, -1906, 41

I just moved them next to the rock near the wall, but their exact placement/pathing needs researched (I can do this later). Fixed, pending update.

A goblin lookout x 2 are still spawning near the runnyeye entrance in Xorbb Maze and my necro pet (or mage) can easily attack / find them with /pet attack a command. He disappears into the wall and returns fast so they are never visually seen.

P99 hasn't been patched in nearly 2 years which is why this is still not updated... yes I'm salty.
