I have a few spirit wracked cords on blue and various eq servers. It's not that hard to

get if you get a few buddies and just afk camp it.

yeah that's not how it works on blue, maybe back in the olden days when you got it that was the case but these days if you're not actively clearing for at least 10 hours before spawn you're going to have people from other guilds constantly coming in and bitching at you or outright trying to take the camp, so have fun with that if you have any other responsibilities in your life whatsoever

easy answer to op's question is that it's not a roll because unlike shady and angry, which would be autofire clickfests if not a roll, the way scout was, the way ring 8 would be, the way ring war was, etc., drusella is just a campable mob in an exp zone and the normal PnP rules for who has the rights to a camp apply.

But that camp literally turns people into animals. King back in the day wasn't even as bad as Drusella is now.

People came the shit for 15 hours a day now... fucking insanity.
