Lag during Bard swarming

I just recently play bard, and finally i know how to perform a swarm kite, now I only die becoz of lag during making circle, and it happen in every kite, may I ask is it normal for a p99 blue server? Is there anyway I can avoid the lagging[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]? By lower graphic quality?
