NPC Spawn Issue: Freeport Tradeskill Vendors OOE

The Dec 18, 2001 patch added a number of new tradeskill vendors to Freeport. These would be out of era for P99's timeline.

* Added several merchants to Freeport (North and East) to round out the availability of trade supplies there.

Compare Dec 2001 EQTraders to Feb 2002 EQTraders:

OOE NPCs
* Trudie Steelbone (North Freeport) - Medium quality ore/Dye vendor
* Daria Smith (East Freeport) - Chainmail pattern vendor

Neither name appears in the ficticiousname9 dump suggesting these are in fact new additions.

MQ Ore in Freeport!
Wowsers! You can now purchase MQ ore (small bricks, large bricks and blocks) at Groflah's Forge in North Freeport! And you can now find chainmail patterns in East Freeport, at Armor by Ikthar.

It's possible that MQ has popped up in other places as well.

Timor and Valla Strongbranch, fletching vendors added in the same patch, have already been removed from P99.
