Character screen doesn't load/timeout (network).

Quick question,

Up until about a week or so ago I have been able to connect to p99 on my work computer during breaks.

Recently I can get past the login screen but when I go to enter the world the button grays out and after about 30 seconds it sends me in to the login screen - I log in again and it says it cannot communicate with the login server or I need to patch (reinstalled on this computer already).

My tech person will open it up again but he couldn't see anything being blocked on his end, curious what info he would need to make sure it's in good working order.

All I have is:
"login.eqemulator.net:5998"

Is there anything I need for after login to get to the character screen? Like I said it worked up until about a week ago.

No issues form home. If I use my mobile hotspot I can login, so I know it is something I have to have our network admin unlock. Any info is much appreciated.
