The vast majority are "“obstructing, influencing, or impeding an official proceeding, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2)”

They are laughably bending and stretching this law far beyond The Constitution to try and make these charges stick. It's slowly being chiseled away on appeal.
