nice! it's great to see that some of the elf nerds are doing what they can to stay fit.
i bought a trap bar and do use it, but kinda regret it bc it turns out the "hinge" movement is what makes deadlifts so fun for me. RDL is my current favorite movement.
the trap bar makes an amazing ohp bar now though; it's definitely my preferred method of ohp. get all that rom without fear of hitting myself in the jaw lol
edit: also i wish everyone would stop posting ignorant nonsense about politics in the exercise thread wtf
