Time for a minimum level to roll for Scout

I suggest giving cap banish ability, so he sends away characters above level 52 (like naggy and vox).

Would make the encounter way more interesting if it was 46-52 only.

So you have to do Scout by the time you're 52 or you never get to? Seems odd

It was a tongue in cheek comment on the arguments about being ‘level appropriate’ since cap is easily killed by low 50’s.

Looks like the Powers that Be have spoken: Khofuswiftclaw has changed the wiki to reflect the change to 46+ on blue.

Now I see why everyone says wikis are unreliable sources of information.
