Spells: Couple spells has wrong cast time

Frost(level 57 druid spell) should be a 6.0 cast time and its currently 4.0

Pillar of frost/flame/lightning are all 2.7 second cast time and they should be 4.5. They also do not need LOS to cast, which is totally wrong.

Breath of karana(level 56 druid spell) should be 772(56) 812(60) damage, 3 sec cast, 250 mana, 0,00 sec stun:

You can see a talk about wildfire. It should be 1024 damage, 320 mana -- its currently 1144(at 59, not sure @ 60) and 375 mana.

(L57) frost, cold, 762/250, 6/2.5,
3.04 ratio, 89.6 dps
(L60) wildfire, fire, 1024/320, 5.8/2.7,
3.2 ratio, 120.4 dps

cast time on wildfire is the 2002 spell balance patch, should still be 6.5 seconds on wildfire. damage are wrong on our servers though.

So what need changed:

Frost:
6 second casting time from 4 second casting time

Wildfire:
Damage lowered to 1024, mana reduced to 320.

Pillar of frost:
4.5 casting time from 2.7

Pillar of flame:
4.5 casting time from 2.7

Pillar of lightning:
4.5 casting time from 2.7

It would be helpful if experienced level 60's in their project 99 class could have a look through this easy to read spell database:

I'm not saying the alkabor spell database is exactly what we need here, but it would be a good way to flag spells for a deeper look/more research.

Pillars are way too fast there Dawgsky, Nizz has that right. Kanras tackled lure of lightning.

Your biggest fish to fry are mage bolts and all aoe spells I've tested finishing outside of their intended range once they start casting. I thought this only applied to the kunark pillar line, turns out... all aoe. I don't feel so bad after battling lava bolts in lower guk casting these here pillars and shit.

Another pvp issue is special attacks from pets appear to be ignoring pvp damage mitigation, at least necro pet backstab is. Not that necros need anything else to hurt them here with the state of the resist system, but it should be noted.
