When servers failed, Sony either merged them into successful servers or outright deleted them. Why not take the classic solution here and just merge Red into Blue? If some people still want to PvP, and others really want a new server, then you can take care of 2 problems at once and start a new server for it.

meh red always had a fraction of the user base, like there was 1 rallos server - to like 9 regular servers.. then they added teams, still a fraction of the like 13 or so (I'm just making up these numbers but im sure it was somewhere in the 9-10 range) regular servers.

Red is doing exactly as well as it did in live/classic here.

Hopefully over time people that play this game continue to and eventually roll a red toon and enjoy both, cus after all its all classic fun eq.
