I would be much better off if i exercised and got a lot of natural D (vitamin D) butt that aint happenin - it makes a big difference and is a great source of natural hormones

Had to hold back a little because still have full leg day workout after this. At least still sub-8 m/mi which is good

Next I’ll try to do a fast(ish) 8mi but that will have to be its own workout with nothing after because that will really tax me. So maybe next week or week after
