Been back on the gym program about a month now and really enjoying it. My weights coming down, and the weights I’m lifting are going up. I suppose that’s the goal!
Here’s todays power lunch: Sweet potato, red onion, couple cayenne peppers, can of tuna, pile of spinach, 4 eggs and a bit of cheddar. All added up I think it’s about 75 grams of protein, and I’ll be full the rest of the day. | ||

Nice! Yeah that’s even better than the goal. Because muscle weighs more than fat, some people who are trying to gain one and lose the other get incorrectly discouraged because they don’t notice any change on the scale, or even that their weight is going up (but it’s really muscle) That meal looks delish, and healthy as F | ||
