We have all of Twitter's communications from 2017.

The government clearly pressured them to "find" more Russian bot accounts.

I was called a Russian Bot on Reddit’s /pol many times for saying anything right wing back during Trump’s term

Yeah, they would have to push through content-related ordinance, as in, silencing media during a war.

They have to formally declare that.

That's not ongoing at all times whenever they feel like it.

Besides, this has nothing to do with a government pressuring a private company to lie about information.

That only applies to government institutions though.

Twitter is not a (official) government institution.

And again, I don't know why you're bringing this up....this is about the government pressuring and threatening a private organization to lie for them. Namely, Senator Warner.
