So glad i was never ever a soda drinker in my life. Bubbles always hurt my throat. Could never take a gulp without my eyes watering. Makes me bloated. And makes my teeth feel weird. I remember as a little kid when i did drink a soda randomly. I would only open it till it make the "psssshh" sound, and then I would slurp it out, that way I didn't get any carbonation.

I drink sodas sometimes these days, in my 20s I was constantly, weighed a good 280lbs. In my early 30s I stopped and started working out regularly and eating better. Just about 39 now and for the last 9yrs have kept around 180-190lbs mainly from cutting soda out and deducing junk food heavily and continue to working out. Feel better now than I ever did.
